Quick Overview of how virtual return preparation works
- You take an image of your tax documents via Phone, Scan, or Fax.
- Upload the imaged docs to our Secure Portal via computer or cell phone. The documents are archived and accessible by you as long as you want them.
- We prepare your returns and notify you they are ready for your review. You can log into the portal and open your tax returns to see all forms and worksheets that comprise your returns. We can schedule a phone call to answer any questions.
- When you are satisfied you authorized us to eFile them by electronically signing authorization forms.
- Upon acceptance of your eFiled returns by IRS and State tax agencies we deliver a PDF copy of all tax forms via Portal where you can download and print them at your convenience.
